The Arts Shelf was initially set up in August 2012 with the aim of providing news and reviews on the latest releases in classic cinema, world cinema and the latest mainstream releases.
As self confessed cinephiles, we have been studying film and the history of cinema from an early age, and have always wanted to try and pass on some of our knowledge to both those hungry to expand their appreciation of film further and those just beginning their journey into the world of cinema.
As the site and readership have grown, we have now begun to expand into an array of different subject areas, covering a much larger section of the arts world in general.
(Please note: Reviews are intended to be clear and accessible to all, so complicated or overly technical terminology will be kept to a minimum.)
If you have any questions or queries, then please do not hesitate to GET IN TOUCH and we will offer as much help as we can.
We are always keen to hear from PR companies and arts associations looking to further promote their clients and projects and will always strive to help out in any way we can. Please feel free to send over any relevant information or press releases to the email address listed on the CONTACT US page.
For Advertising enquiries please contact the editor at email@example.com.
Also, if you are struggling to find a particular release, whether rare or out of print (oop) or have any trouble with region codes, then again please CONTACT US.
