Scott Dunn launches ‘Scott Dunn at Six Senses Residences Courchevel’

New for the 2017/18 ski season, Scott Dunn has launched an exclusive collection of luxury serviced ski residences in the world-class ski resort of Courchevel 1850 – all with exclusive access to a brand-new Scott Dunn Explorers Kids Club, slope side ski concierge service and Six Senses Spa.

Conveniently located in the heart of Courchevel 1850, the 16 residences have all been designed to offer guests the ultimate combination of five-star ski-hotel facilities along with the independence of a serviced residence. The light and spacious properties have been designed with the traditional alpine style in mind, with exposed wooden beams and porcelain tiles, combined with modern technology. Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen, Organic Pharmacy products, Apple TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and integrated iPads.

The residences will be home to a brand-new on-site Scott Dunn Explorers Kids Club and the first ever Stargazers Club, available exclusively for guests of the residences. The flexible childcare is available for children aged from 4 months to 11 years and is designed to fit around ski school schedules.

Older children are collected from ski school and brought back to the residences for lunch and an afternoon of fun, with a sleep room available for little ones. Each day is designed to be unique and full of adventure and surprises, including the likes of tobogganing and bubble rides to the top of the mountain, snow bear hunts and visits to the creperie.

The Scott Dunn Stargazers Kids Club is an exciting new addition to the Explorers Club and will be available to parents who want to venture out into the town for dinner à deux for an evening or two during their stay. Little ones can be put to bed in the sleep room or snuggle up in their PJs ready for movie night and popcorn. The Stargazers Kids Club will be available every night between 7.30pm and 10.30pm.

A dedicated ski concierge gives guests a helping hand so they don’t have to lift a single ski throughout their stay. The tailored ski-in ski-out service is available exclusively for guests of the residences and is located at the foot of the slopes directly beneath the Jardin Alpin gondola. Families can store their skis and boots with the concierge at the end of each day and either hop on the free daily shuttle service for the short trip back to the residences, or wander back through the town stopping for an après-ski drink or a spot of shopping. Scott Dunn at Six Senses Residences Courchevel will also have an on-site ski rental shop & boutique, stocking a selection of equipment and clothing.

On arrival, guests will be greeted by their Scott Dunn Guest Relations Manager who will be on hand to assist families throughout their stay, along with the 24-hour on-site concierge. Each day begins with a fresh bakery delivery and guests will also benefit from a daily housekeeping service and a midweek towel / linen change.

The Six Senses Spa is the ideal place to ease tired legs after a hard day’s skiing – with five treatment rooms, an indoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, juice bar, steam and sauna rooms and a fitness centre, the spa is available exclusively for guests looking for some much-needed rest and relaxation after a day on the slopes

The Club Lounge is open for guests to enjoy a continental style breakfast each morning, après ski drinks, pre-dinner aperitifs and sharing menus. The Club Lounge is a great place for guests to socialise and mingle with a sharing-style menu of Savoyard classics and Mediterranean inspired tapas dishes, with lots of options available for little ones too.

Part of the Three Valleys, Courchevel 1850 has some of the best skiing on offer in Europe with a lift system linking to Meribel and Val Thorens. The resort is ideally suited to families and offers perfectly groomed runs, off-piste couloirs and gentle runs to suit all levels of skier.

The world-renowned resort has many fine restaurants, boutiques and art galleries and outside of skiing visitors can enjoy bowling, ice-skating, paragliding, horse drawn carriage rides, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and much more.

Rates at the ‘Scott Dunn at Six Senses Residences Courchevel’ start from £8,950 for a family of four including British Airways return flights from London and private transfers. Excludes childcare.
