The festival season’s final fling, Head for the Hills, Ramsbottom, has announced that Maximo Park, Beth Orton, The Stranglers, Alexis Taylor (Hot Chip), Manchester band Dutch Uncles and Ska legends, the Neville Staple Band will join the line-up of its much anticipated 2017 arts and music programme.

The three-day event, formerly known as Ramsbottom Festival, takes place on 15th, 16th 17th September 2017. It is returning for its 7th year, and will once again be hosted at its traditional home Ramsbottom Cricket Club, following last year’s record attendance of over 12,000.

Head for the Hills lives up to its firmly established reputation for exciting new music, strong headliners and a creative arts programme, all situated in a beautiful, accessible, and family friendly environment within easy reach of Manchester, by heritage steam train for the adventurers.
